Wanted...

Someone honest on these dating classified sites. I was bored one night and decided to check out craiglist to see what all the hype is about.

'Sexy blonde nympho looking for a NSA fling'

Sounds good? I thought so too...what the hell!

Emailed a response(nothing pornographic, just seeing what the response would be.) and got something back like:

"Hi! If you want to see my pics and get to meet me, sign up for www.Urafu*ckingloser*.com."

Hey, if I wanted to join one of these adult sites, I would have. People want to meet REAL people instead of some spam bullshit.

Well, if I wasn't so lazy at times, I might actually try and meet REAL people myself...

I know I said I would start posting about CJ, but I forgot to get a street map for reference. Hopefully, I will pick one up soon.

I'm ok otherwise...

I'm bringing this back...

Well, in high school, I created a comic book character. He is/was called C.J. Don't ask me why I named him that. It just sounded good. But anyway, I thought him up while watching that old series Knight Rider. I kinda of stole some elements from the show. C.J. became a sorta hybrid between Knight Rider and Batman/vigilante type hero. I had originally had him based in Los Angeles. But I can always changed the location, etc.

So basically, I was thinking of starting to write about C.J. again. And see the reactions are to it...

Hopefully, it will turn out better than it did when I was in high school.

Enjoying myself.

This is gonna be a short update. Sorry. But I decided to have a fun day today since I got paid. (Don't worry, my bills are paid. Lol.)

Well, I saw a movie (more than meets the eye.). Having lunch now. (Meatball sub).

After lunch, I'm probably gonna raid the local pub for a few (dozen. Lol. J/k)

But I'm ok.

I think I made the right decision...

Howdy folks,

It's your favorite blogger(yea, right...XD), with another miscellaneous post. (Check out my wordpress blog for my serious side.)

Well, after being here for a couple of weeks, I think I made the right decision in getting out of the OKZ. Definitely.

When I was planning all this out, I had some people asking me: 'Why move out? You got it so GOOOOOOD there. You got a apartment, a good job, etc.' Well, to begin with, I didn't EVEN want to go there to begin with. (Note to self: Run away from any female who wants to move out halfway across the country because she wants to get out of the city.).

But I digress, I'm seeing that's there is more to do here and easier way to get around. In OKZ, the issue was 'there's nothing to do.', now it's 'what do I want to do first?'

I'm just chilling right now at the local coffee house. (Free WiFi FTW!) (But I can't lookie at the pr0n sites. Dammit! :( )

Well, that's all I got for now, I got other things to check out.

Setting up shop...

Well, I have been here a week and so far, I have been getting used to all the little idiosyncrasies of my new home. It's kinda alright. Not 100% what I was expecting. Well, after all, what city does live up to its own hype?

I started my job Saturday. It felt kinda of weird going back to work after my little mini vacation. But a guy's gotta make a living, right? Also gotta get a routine going. Makes life easier when you got a routine going for ya. Or does that make you a nerd? lol.

But otherwise, I'm doing good. After all (tooting my own horn), this is what I wanted and this is what I got. *pats self on the back*

Well, that's gonna be it for now...

I left my heart in...

Oklahoma...AW HELL NAW!

I made the big move and I'm here in my new home. I'm not saying where right now, but there was clues through out my blog. Just read some of my past entries and you'll figure it out.

Anyway, I'm starting to get used to area and seeing what's out there, etc. And so far, I like it. There's a park nearby, a movie theater, all sorts of little quirky little places. Granted, I have only been here for a couple of days, but I think I can get used to it.

This place has a decent transit system, which to me, is a BIG step up from the joke that was the GOMETRO thing they had going in Oklahoma.

And SIDEWALKS! Honestly, until you been to a place that doesn't have any, you don't realize how much easier it is to travel with them.

Anyway the bus trip was like 2 days long. How exciting. Never mind trying to use the bathrooms on those buses. GOOD GOD! Very funky and nasty. I recommend a hazmat suit and a couple tubs of sanitizer afterwards if you had to use them. Me, I just kept my food and liquid intake to a minimum and used the bathrooms at every rest stop we had.

Never mind trying to sleep. I had like, maybe, 4 hours of sleep out of those 48 I did on the bus. It's not that the seats werern't comfy, it's just you could only take them so far back, and never mind if you had someone behind you running their mouth off.

But anyway, I'm here and trying to get settled in.

I'm still alive and kicking. So I'll will keep you folks posted.

I'm still avlie and blogging.

Bad news: I'm gonna have to suspend my blogging activites until I find a way to get web access again.

So I wanna thank all my readers for their continual support.

The ball is rolling...

Hey all,

A quick update on my status of my moving:

Apartment found - Check
Transportation arrangements - Check
Job status - working on it(As far as I know it's a go, but it's a matter of logistics now.) - Check

So I'm (more or less) ready to roll out of here. It's been awhile since I actually moved (last time was when I moved down to the O.K.Z.), so I'm kinda of nervous about this whole thing.

But I think this will be a good thing. It's where I want to go and be. Hopefully, everything will go smooth as possible.

It's so far, so good. So I'm looking forward to it.

Wish me luck...

One year and 150 posts later...

This is a double milestone for me. When I first started this blog, I didn't think it would last this long. A year later, I'm still blogging. In fact, I got two I work on now.

When I first sign on, I used my Sidekick to sign up for Blogger one night while I was at work.

Now I usually post using my laptop.

I'm still in the O.K.Z. But hopefully, I won't be here much longer.

I wrote about everything I could think of. Some good, some bad. I will admit that not all my posts were home runs. But hey, you can't win them all.

Thanks to the following:

Everyone on Blogcatalog who read my blog.

Everyone else who read and posted comments.

I couldn't have done this this long without these folks support.

And here's a little something for my fans:

This is so asinine...

Well, it's seems that the Oklahoma decided to have an official rock song:

http://www.myfoxny.com/dpp/entertainment/dpgo_Oklahoma_Official_Rock_Song_fc_200904292448582

"Do You Realize??" by The Flaming Lips is the "Official Rock Song of Oklahoma" as declared by an executive order signed yesterday by the state's Governor Brad Henry.

Personally, I have never heard of the Flaming Lips, but
I think it's a little silly for a 'bible belt' state to have a rock song as it's theme song. Oh wait, this is Oklahoma we're talking about. They try so HARD to come off as some first class city to live in. Shame it's doesn't work.

The overall image of the state is that it's a bunch of bible thumping, backward thinking rednecks and it's not that far from the truth..

But enough about my ranting about OKZ from me for today.

But I'm doing all right overall. Thanks for asking.
